Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you're not happy with the items you've received, you're welcome to return them within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be returned in the same condition as received.
  2. The product must have been handled with normal care — damage caused by mishandling is not covered.
  3. Products where hygiene is a concern must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  4. Any fault or defect must be identified upon receipt of the product.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days and, if all conditions are met, will be officially approved within that timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we have reason to believe the product has been used or damaged by the customer.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Send an email to: info@sarahatelier.com
  • Please make sure your email includes the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photos of the product (if damaged)
    • Full name
    • Delivery address

We'll get back to you with the correct return address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address — you'll receive the appropriate address from us once your request has been reviewed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Cancellations

Customers have the right to cancel an order under the following conditions, provided they are an individual purchasing for personal use unrelated to any commercial or professional activity.

Cancellation Period

You have 14 days from the date you (or a nominated third party, other than the carrier) receive the last item in your order to request a cancellation.

As orders are processed automatically, we are unable to stop a shipment once a purchase has been made. Therefore, a refund prior to receiving your order is not possible.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us (Sarah Atelier) by email at info@sarahatelier.com, letting us know of your decision to cancel. The cancellation will be finalised once we receive the returned products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items Already in Transit

If your order is already on its way, cancellation is not possible until you receive the items. You're welcome to notify us in advance of your intention to cancel. To help speed up the process, please send us your shipping confirmation once the return has been posted.

What Happens After Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, excluding any additional delivery charges (if you selected a delivery option above our standard rate). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, at no extra cost to you.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the customer's expense.
